Sandra Pollock OBE MA «I’ve known Sue, for many years and I’ve always been impressed by her professional attitude and approach to what she brings to the business table. Her recent webinar

Don’t let the virus grind you down was both timely and appropriate in what was delivered, and the advice offered to in how individuals can handle and reduce their levels of stress. Sue is an asset to any business looking to create a better working environment in terms of managing work-life balance, mental and emotional health, particularly when staff are also managing carer responsibilities outside of work. I would highly recommend her. »

    • Retaining your Experienced Staff Programme
      • mar. de 2016 - ene. de 2019

I work with large businesses to save them money by reducing the absence and sickness rate amongst their experienced staff. Money is also saved by supporting those staff to remain in post and not leaving due to not coping with Working and Caring. My programme trains managers to identify and support staff already or potentially not coping due to Care Responsibilties at home. I work with those staff in groups to train them to cope with their challenges and remain working and productive.
