Sue has been helping me define my purpose and personal brand. I found the whole experience extremely enlightening - but also challenging (in the right way). Sue calls on a whole range of tools and techniques to really probe what makes you tick. The process opened up a lot of avenues for future development. As part of Sue's coaching circle I was also lucky to be invited to one of her Remote Collaboration Challenge sessions. In the times of COVID these are run online in a group of 10-12 and uses gamification to increase group collaboration. This was a hugely fun experience and I can really see how this could benefit a group who need to improve their collaboration. All in all I have found working with Sue to be a hugely positive experience at a time when I have been investing heavily in my personal development.
