I had the pleasure of reporting to Sue when H. D. Smith was converting from their custom developed iSeries applications written in RPG to the SAP environment. Sue was my manager at that time, which was 2011 through 2013. Although my background was more as a developer Sue provided me with the training I needed to be a successful QA analyst and supported and mentored me during this project. Sue is detail oriented and her knowledge of the business applications of the H. D. Smith system helped me out enormously in understanding how the applications work and how to translate this knowledge into producing effective test cases and scenarios. I recommend Sue highly as an accomplished, respected and effective QA manager who is not only an outstanding Quality Manager of an organization's information systems but is an empathetic and effective manger of her staff as well.
