Bio
Timothée Néron-Bancel
Sue joined NABCEP as the third employee at our headquarters and within a week, she was answering the phones and speaking directly with stakeholders answering difficult questions related to the renewable energy industry, employment and the complicated rules and policies of our certifications. It took me 4 months to build up the knowledge and confidence to do that. Very importantly, as the first point of contact for anyone reaching NABCEP, she always provided the most courteous and patient replies that guaranteed the best customer service to stakeholders that were sometimes very rude and frustrated. Looking back, NABCEP was growing very quickly in those years and the organization and myself in particular could not have been as successful without her in the office. She is extremely professional, attentive to detail and generous with her time, always willing to support the rest of the team. I can’t speak more highly of her and I’m very happy to call her a dear friend of mine.
