      I've had the pleasure of continuing to work with the Office of University Initiatives, where I formally held a Graduate Research Assistant position.I support diverse University Initiatives projects, such as Family Friendly Initiatives, Flexible Work Arrangements, and Campus Safety. Responsibilities include implementing and tracking project plans, conducting literature reviews and benchmarking against other universities, summarizing findings, coordinating with stakeholders, drafting communications and reports, and designing graphics.Two examples of deliverables I've completed include the Emergency Procedures Poster and the Wildcat Safety Guide in support of the University's Campus Safety efforts. Both projects were in collaboration with other members of the office and input from various departments across campus. Special focus was placed on making these documents accessible and relevant to all University of Arizona campuses.
