I had the pleasure of working with Sue during her time as Change Manager at May Gurney. Her knowledge and expertise in the area of change management shines through in everything she undertakes; asking insightful and thought provoking questions that add real value to the change process. Sue demonstrated how transferable these skills were when managing projects for May Gurney. She was involved in more than one large-scale project where she proved invaluable in terms of defining the overall strategy and clearly defining the implementation planning process. It was apparent that she worked well across all levels and engaged positively with stakeholders to ensure that projects progressed to plan and in accordance with their original objectives. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Sue again and I would have no hesitation in recommending her for a Change or Project Management role in the future.

I enjoyed working alongside Sue within the Corporate Programme Office, where Sue took the opportunity to demonstrate her proficient change management skills as well as contribute to the development of the team. One particular example stands out where Sue provided the direction and change management skills in the initiation of a whole service re-design to enable the leadership to plan a complete programme of complex change activities. I would have no hesitation in recommending or working with Sue again in the future.
