Through a period of extensive organisational change, Sue had to move between a few projects which ended up being cancelled or deprioritised; she always maintained a positive outlook and treated each project as a fresh challenge, showing great resilience. She also balanced effectively her work commitments and her APM apprenticeship, without any negative impact on her delivery.
