Initially on a sessional basis and then permanent from 6/08 . Undertaking duty, attending information events, assessing and supporting prospective adopters, family finding for children, linking and matching for children, supporting transitions for children and providing post placement support up to Adoption Order, including some applications to the ASF. I also completed assessments and court reports for non agency adoption application some of whom were grandparents, aunts and uncles and undertook access to records work.
