Youth will conduct a community awareness campaign about building a college in the neighborhood, creating a national model for a Bilingual Kids' Neighborhood Watch, increasing skills in WIFI and connectivity in the 2-acre parkland of Dylan Park, where the RCYF Success Center and Computer Learning Lab is located, reaching 2000 students through August, 2012.
