Sue is an agent that you go back to again, and again, and again. When I first moved to the Lake area, she answered my calls, assisted us in finding a home that was right for us, ensured that we got in properly and closed properly. Then she worked with me tirelessly on potential deals for the veterans' organization www.AmericanHeroesReturn.com. And she never asked for a dime! Then when it was time for my mom to locate a place to purchase, she carried mom around to property after property, put in deal after deal, and when it ended up that my mom rented instead of buying, she professionally handled that for us and we walked away guilty for the small bit of money that Sue received on that deal. But no matter how much she was getting paid, Sue maintained the highest level of service and care. Then it was time for me to liquidate the property that we had bought, where Sue was the Realtor, and she helped up work through that. And when the soft market was not making way for a sale, she advised me on renting issues and I came out a winner once again. Sue Bodman should be anyone's first and only choice for representation. Professional, responsive, caring, and if she lovingly assists your parent as she did mine, you'll come to love her and keep her as a friend after the deal! She is the model agent.
