Sue joined us as the Programme Manager for the introduction of a new Casework Management System that I was the SRO for. She started mid-way through and with some significant obstacles to overcome if we were to it hit our challenging go-live date. Within days Sue had the respect of the team and confidence of senior management. She kept the project focussed on the most important issues, managed problems with pragmatism and purpose, and quickly developed effective ways of communicating progress and updating the Programme Board. Sue combined tremendous grip and focus with a good sense of humour which never faltered under pressure. I would recommend her highly.
