During the stint with the company the majority of the tasks were: 1. In identifying suitable land for Wind Farm Development. 2. Management of the entire gamut of operations such as collecting revenue details for land allotment & land acquisition, industrial/NA conversion of Private Land and getting the land surveyed by Govt. / Private Agencies. 3. Playing a key role in liaising with Govt. Authorities such as RREC, Revenue Ministry, DM, ADM & SDM and Forest Department including CCF, DFO, ACF & other Forest Officers. 4. Coordination for Registration of Sale Deed, Lease Deed and Sublease in favour of the organisation; ensured timely release of documents. 5. Instrumental in handling all legal affairs such as obtaining the mutation & demarcation (Revenue Map) done in favour of organisation and coordinating with Advocate for Title Search Report & other activities. 6. Execution of special projects on Land Disputes with Revenue and Forest Authorities. 7. Works in close coordination with villagers and village authorities for smooth project execution. 8.
