  Organizational Profile: HAMAR TV is a wholly owned subsidiary of the POSITIVE TELEVISION GROUP. We are involved in live coverage & content development of State News for the National Network. We generate content for this Television network in the Hindi, Bhojpuri & Nagpuri dialects. Role Profile: Bureau Chief for the State of Jharkhand. I report to the National Head. Functionally, I spearhead the entire operation for the group in the State of Jharkhand. KEY RESULT AREA: COVERAGE ON POLITICAL/ECONOMIC/SOCIAL/ LEGAL ISSUES Party Based Reports: regarding the posture of different political parties on current developments & outstanding issues. Personality Based Reports: regarding the stand of prominent personalities on current developments & outstanding issues. Coverage of Events: regarding emergent issues and the analysis of anticipated fallout in context of existing conditions. Measurement of Public Opinion: collection and analysis of general sentiment with regard to fallout of current developments and outstanding issues. ADMINISTRATION Financial Resource Mobilization: Acquisition of sponsorship from the market & aid from government/corporate machinery. Liaison with Local Forces: towards smooth functioning of Company relationship with Government Agencies/Business Houses and personalities of standing in the community. Team Formation and Co-ordination: recruitment/reimbursement of permanent personnel and retaineship of experts/free - lance professionals to suit current requirements. Coordination and Deployment: ensuring placement of machinery & personnel for coverage of events/collection of intelligence as per current requirements. Coordination with the Company: with all key positions & Bureaus to ensure proper exchange & implementation.
