At the time of writing this I work in a team under Sudhamshu where he is our Lead Game Producer. Beyond his professional excellence, he has helped me develop as an individual too and I am immensely grateful for that. Sudhamshu manages timelines and deliverables for teams extremely well, he is realistic and solution oriented, and makes sure that teams are comfortable and doing their best. Whenever he upskills and learns something everyone can benefit from, he shares and educates us all in super fun and interactive sessions. Best part about working with him is that he listens and constantly works for the betterment of everyone around him. Professionally he is an excellent person, having been able to build us teams that are self-reliant and efficient, but what makes him the best of the best is his values, demeanor and drive to do the best for everyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Sudhamshu on India's most ambitious open-world gangster game. In the beginning, Sudhamshu was the only producer on the team, where he managed 2 floors - the development floor for the game and the motion capture floor for cinematics. He did an amazing job of managing all the aspects of the game's development. As the team grew, he single-handedly kept track of even the most granular tasks for all the verticals, such as art, game design, programming, sound, and QA. Having worked as a developer before, he helped set up processes and pipelines for everyone, ensuring all workflows were as smooth and efficient as possible. He also made sure that there were follow-ups on everyone's work, and that everyone delivered work before time. He strived for a self-managed and self-sufficient team, and he was successful in building one that is delivering a game at the scale of the Grand Theft Auto series to this day. He was always supportive, communicative, proactive, and a true advocate of Agile Game Development. He handled any challenges or issues that arose with professionalism and grace. He was a great leader, a great colleague, and most importantly, still remains a great friend. Sudhamshu is a talented and experienced producer who untangled the intricacies of an open-world GTA game and translated them into actionable chunks of work. That means he can handle pretty much any project with ease and excellence. He has a passion for making games that are fun, immersive, and innovative. He is a valuable asset to any team or company. I highly recommend him for any project of any scale.
