Job Roles and Responsibilities: • Specialized in End-to- End IT &Non IT Recruitment process with good experience in Client Management, Client Interaction and Team management. • Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, conducting Interviews (Top Management Level, Middle Level, Junior Level) • Collecting requirements from clients and gathering the required details. • Source the profiles from Database and various job portals ( Naukri, Monster, References,.) and perform the cold calling and basic screen test. • Conducting initial telephonic interview • Schedule and follow-up of interviews for the shortlisted candidates. • Coordinate with the clients and candidates when required (regarding interviews, feedback, requirements, offer details, salary negotiation etc.) • Keep in regular follow up with the candidates who have been offered until they join the company and for further procedures. • Follow up with the payments with the clients. • Experience in training a team member in understating the entire recruitment cycle • Negotiate with the client for issues like postponed/ Delayed DOJ, CTC/ salary etc... • Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job descriptions through internal databases, Job Portals, References, Social network. • Coordinating with the Clients to find out the exact requirements • Maintain the databank (through personal software) Show less
