  Effective implementation of Plan India’s Business Strategy by ensuring necessary compliance of Financial Management principals & practices in a transparent accounting system to meet Plan norms, Donors and duty bearers’ requirement/s for INR 1.5 Billion organization providing child-centered humanitarian development solutions. Broad scope of authority included executive guidance for all: - Budgeting and Budget monitoring including Cash Management; - External and Internal audit/s (including Donor audits); - Statuary Compliances; - Risk Management; - Book keeping MIS reporting and Financial Data analysis; - Support to Programmes including Emergency response; - Grant management including Due Diligence and Capacity Building of the Partner NGO/s; and - Support to Resource Mobilization team in negotiation with Donors.
