Trading Exchange: In Trading exchange product improvement, we have integrated Capita product with third party broker application 27tec. In this application broker can submit mortgage application from 27Tec and the same data we have to ingest in our Omiga DB and from there our products journey starts. Initiation and Planning • Secure the list of Code Impacted, Test Only, Test Support Only application for project/iteration from the LPM and Integration Leads. • Identify contacts/Stakeholder list for each application which are in scope for IST/PWT/One Up One down Testing for that iteration. • Make sure each application team in scope for IST/PWT/One Up One down Testing have timelines in sync with the Project Timeline. • IST Data Request o A written data Request will be required for all Code Impacted Apps who require data from another application in order to complete their IST Testing. o It is the responsibility of application team to covey data request to IST Test coordinator • The IST Coordinator will track DR submissions, reviews, concurrences and fulfillment of each DR and will coordinate meetings as needed, to ensure DRs deliverables are met • Identify and track any issues/risk that might be impacting the IST timelines and notify the stakeholder with mitigation and contingency plans. • Follow up with each application and Make sure test cases are uploaded in Rally or QC. • Hold any weekly/daily/adhoc calls as per project needs to discuss and mitigate any data/env dependency or to discuss issues/risks.
