Excellent manager

Louis Barkan

Having known Suchin for 6 years, I cannot recommend him strongly enough to anyone looking to add an exemplary executive to their team. Suchin is a rare breed of executive who can truly operate at a high level in all scenarios. Very knowledgeable about business in general and expert in Business Analysis and QA, he's a brilliant strategic thinker, on the one hand, and on the other, he can execute flawlessly at a tactical level if needed. Having worked with him on several projects, I've seen first hand how effortlessly he moves between the two modes and how focused he is on creating value for clients and getting the best out of his teams. As good as he is operationally, what really makes Suchin special and rare are his soft skills, which can't be taught. I've not met an executive who is as capable as he is while also being as authentically human as he is. Suchin is down-to-earth yet self-aware, driven but highly empathetic and caring of others, serious minded and intelligent but also possessed of an easy and generous humor. On top of all this, he's got a natural intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness about the world around him and truly makes an effort to learn new things whether for work or pleasure. I have enjoyed countless conversations with him, marveling at the amount of chili he can heap on a plate of Thai food, and I've benefitted greatly from his steady mentorship which has helped me mature as a professional. There are few people in my career who have had as much of an impact on my development and thinking as Suchin. For all that, I am deeply grateful, and I really hope that our professional paths will cross again in the future, as he is one of my favorite people to work with.
