Reviewing of project safety program to ensure compliance with the requirement. Implementation of HSE Program, Policy and project operational control procedure, internal HSE standards such as OSHAS 18001:2001,EMS 1400:2009 and client safety requirements as per ISO Standards. Assisting the Senior Management/ project Manager/ Construction Manager for proper implementation as per the Local & Legal Authorities & HSE Management system. Ensuring compliance with safe system of work procedures, regulations and PTW. Maintaining site records, project safety orientation, training, safety meetings etc. Assisting project manager in accident/ incident and dangerous occurrence investigation reporting procedure in line with EHS requirements and site first aid requirements etc. Organize internal audits and management review, Co-ordinate with external agencies like certification agencies, consultation agencies etc. Identifying environmental aspects, Occupational Health & Safety hazards and implement of risk assessment to prevent and control the hazardous tasks and review on all risk assessment and method of statement. Developing and improving HSE committees and HSE motivation programs, training programs, safety meetings, TBT, induction, Emergency drill, incentive program and other activities which will be develop and sustain the interest of the workers in establishing & maintaining the safety cultures & procedures. Submittal of HSE monthly reports to the client and senior management. Establishing objectives in co-ordination with relevant project management and safety in charges. Preparing safety Observation reports and reporting to project management, violation notice, NCR etc. Advice on the requirements for site welfare and carry out regular inspections of the facilities, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager. Establishing & ensuring proper waste management of site as per the Company CEMP and according to the Municipality / Ministry of environmental regulations. Show less
