  1- Develop healthy PR with customers & interested parties to meet the plant quality targets as decided by customer (EFR, Warranty, Line PPM, Audit Score) & response to customers as per the SQM. 2- Timely submission of monthly MIS report with action plan for reason not to achieve target and sustain pre- defined management target. 3- Responsible for sale growth by adding the new business or customers 4- Preparation of the customer complaint CAPA in the customer pre-defined format like 8D, A3, 6W2H, SCAR 5- Make strategy for achieving & Sustain the Plant internal quality targets like COQ, Final testing PPM, Sub Assembly PPM, SRV PPM, Rework PPM. 6- Conduct inter & intra department meetings like CSG, IMS, Red Bin, DWM, QM Pillar, Poka-Yoke, Worst Supplier Meeting to review departmental performance and defined strategy to achieve target & sustain 7- Active participation in Engineering, New project review, Costing, MMC, TPM, Group manufacturing to explore the quality department performance. 8- Implementation, Adherence and monitoring of machining, stamping, fine blanking, assembly and Heat treatment manufacturing process performance through set-up approval, line Audit, petrol inspection, Q- chart, NCR report (Rejection and rework), member skill, 20Q System, 3 layer Audit, product audit, process audit, 5”S” audit, Safety audit, statistical studies like CP, Cpk and MSA. 9- Ensure the performance of heat treatment manufacturing process through validation as per plan. 10- Ensure Implementation & adherence of IATF 16949:2016, OHSAS, EMS, SAP & TPM. 11- Leader of the QM Pillar & responsible to implement, achieve and sustain TPM QM Pillar Target. 12- Preparation of VPPAP, PPAP, DR Documents for the new product or change in existing product-process as per the customer SQM requirement 13- Ensure review of the process related documents like Control plan, Process control chart, Work instruction, Kako-Tora Sheet ,JH check Sheet, Kaizens and associate DWM.
