Subhajit is a very industrious and driven entrepreneur with whom I've had the pleasure of working with during my time at IIITDM. I was two years his senior. We worked closely during the winter sandbox at MADEIT, Product Design Practice (I was a TA for design courses in my final year), MABIF Jalikattu, and Climate Launchpad. He has always been open to new feedback, and data. And has come a long way from day 1. He was the guy who had a vertical hydroponics setup right at his hostel balcony that he used to produce enough for the entire group to snack on (microgreens). And today he has built a thriving startup around that. He's demonstrated grit and strong leadership qualities and is someone who can 'figure things out’.

Subhajit was part of our organization as an Intern, and this is to commend him for the work that he did. He was tasked with the research and development of our products, which are primarily to do with Rose Products. In addition to identification, he had to technically prepare a production blueprint, as well as do a brief market study. Even without any prior experience in the food industry, he manned the task very well. His working was organized and experientially growing.
