      Reporting to Sr. Vice President marketing started job in this organization in March'2016 designated as Deputy Manager Export-Marketing & sales. Looking after day to day job for Export sales (Export Customer Handling)/ Marketing / Logistic part (Pre-shipment) / Banking Portion (Post Shipment)/ DGFT & Liasioning (MEIS etc..) / MIS Reports.Order Procurement: My day starts with various E-mails from Export Customer looking for procuring materials from WCPM. Among the same we give rates to our existing Export partners & potential buyers. After rate finalization Customers raise PO on us & in return we issue pro-forma Invoice as a token confirmation for the order mentioning Payment & shipment terms as per our Company policy. Order Processing & Shipment: We normally take materials into production after receipt of token advance of 30% from our existing buyers & confirmed sight L/C or 100% advance payment in case of new buyer. After finish of production run we ship most of the materials in FOB basis in few cases we do CIF or CFR shipment (It gets finalized at the time of PFI issuance). Agencies related to making shipments like Transporters & Clearing Forwarding agents, Shipping Lines / Forwarders etc. is being directly handled by me. Export Documentations: Pre-shipments Documents are handled by Mills. Post shipments documents such as Commercial, Invoice packing List Bill of lading Certificate of Origin etc also L/C documentations is being handled from my end. Banking & Post shipment Benefits: Since Export payments regulated under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) timely submission proof of export documents to Bank for generation of E-BRC & clearance of EPDMS outstanding in RBI is being strictly monitored. After generation of E-BRC we apply for MEIS scripts as per Foreign Trade Policy in Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). We get timely credit of Duty drawback payments in our accounts on monthly basis.
