  With WBPDCL we complete a 2.27MW On-grid Solar PV Project. Where currently I employed as a Site In-charge. And Responsible for increasing Generation constantly, Preparing Generation data on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Also did the quality documentation for the O&M activity execution.   We install solar mini grids and sell the energy for domestic and productive uses in rural area. We support these communities to build financially and environmentally sustainable business from the energy produced. The village experience positive environmental, social and financial outcomes such as a reduction of CO emissions and increased household incomes.
