  I am craved to change the world. Underneath the pulp inside it, to see the world in a different way. While I realize what I hope to accomplish is limited, I know education is where I can have the greatest influence and impact. The primary reason why I have decided to pursue this career is because I feel the surge desire to shadow an encouraging and influential light through educating students. I have figured out that endurance, comprehension, compassion, and sensitivity are essential to this profession which I am whole heartedly ready to give.Well, English was nowhere in my mind to become my career, the reason for me in my nation and my passion, now standing as the most part of the reason. As I tightly believe that everything happens for a reason, now English language has become the maker of my life ahead.it was a privilege to be selected for the HNDE (Higher National Diploma in English) course at SLIATE , Kurunegala, as only who passed the placement test were registered for the course. My education at SLIATE in HNDE and the six-month internship as an English teacher have enforced my dream to be an English teacher. Moreover, the academic career at SLIATE, Kurunegala; the achievements and miscellaneous experiences there, have also fostered a tremendous lift up to my personal drive and have helped me to become an independent, self-sufficient, and hardworking individual. Also, the six-month internship has taught me a great deal of discipline, time management, punctuality and preparation which is very important aspects in teaching profession. Henceforth, I believe that my academic career, internship and all other experiences and qualifications accomplished, make me a qualified candidate for a career in English language. To add, I strongly believe that teaching profession is an ideal fit for my well going. Conclusively, I am highly concerned about my community; my family, society and country. I am obsessed to give my best to all of them.
