I was Su's line manager during her time at Social360 and she proved an incredible asset for the team and it was a pleasure working with her. She is a skilled analyst and she excelled at founding relevant information and insight from social media and presenting them in a clear and interesting way for clients. She dealt directly with clients at executive and C-suite level, translating her finding into accessible and practical executive summaries. She was always keen to help the team and learn new skills or try new areas of work and took great interest in the developments of the company.

Su and I worked closely through the past year on crisis and issues management as they relate to social media. As a key member of the social media listening team - as THE key member - Su was responsible for tracking and highlighting on-going issues, as well as flagging any potential issues percolating on social media. Su's professionalism and attention to detail were key in helping the crisis team stay on top of any issue, as well as her positive attitude to jump into any situation where she was able to help, and could lend a hand. Even outside of work hours, Su was always responsive and would start tracking and flagging what was being shown on social. Being at USC, this can be a full-time, 24/7 type job but she balanced the needs very well. We were sorry to see Su go, and she has big shoes to fill.
