It was an absolute pleasure to work with Su at the IADB. She was a dedicated, detail-oriented, and collaborative colleague who always produced quality work. Su was a true team player and quick learner, as evidenced by her steady advancement at the Bank. She is always working to improve herself professionally and academically, and I can't think of a friendlier person to work with on a daily basis. As a colleague, she was always reliable and willing to lend a hand to others. Her experience and background would make her an asset to any organization.
