Ensure all data are available in the applications used by Compliance, Risk and FA/TA teams via daily procedures · Monitor and check the Risk and Compliance Engines are up and running · In case of non delivered data, start a follow with the fund administrator to get the data as soon as possible to avoid delays for business checks · For missing data, check and generate the funds administrators reports under corresponding webportals · In case of additional needs by business, create , generate and schedule new reports · Load data across multiple data processing platforms and provide the data-sets for the business units · To ensure the well processing of data loading, write operational support procedures · On migration matter, involve deeply on the implementation of the new system (data center application , Compliance tool – business check rules and reports - and FA Tool – reports - ): - creation of the architecture (production and testing environments) - setup of the new applications for financial analyse - schedule process of grabbing data - follow-up the testing done by business teams - collaborate with providers to have all needed information - upgrade of the production after validation in testing environment Tools used : Acarda, Bloomberg, MIG21, Riskmetrics, Linedata, Datahub, Excel, Word, Oracle, MSSQL Show less
