      DESIGN SUPPORT FOR U.S. MILITARY FACILITIES IN GERMANY:Provided support for a project to construct 3 military support facilities and access roadways on a U.S. military installment in Germany. The project included designing for construction within a cantonment area that will remain active during construction. I additionally provided engineering support for a substantial repair and renovation of a military facility in Stuttgart, Germany. The civil design included grading, utility connections, pavement removal/replacement, and physical security design.POTABLE WATER AND SANITARY SEWER DESIGN:Specific responsibilities included sanitary sewer and potable water system design and documentation for submittal to USACE - Europe 35% design. System demand calculations were performed based on United Facilities Criteria (UFC's). Potable water pipe analysis was performed to tie into an existing system. Sanitary Sewer pipe analysis was performed with Flow Master software. STORMWATER REPORT:Developed a comprehensive stormwater report for submittal to USACE-Europe 35% design. The stormwater report provided a 35% overview explanation of the stormwater analysis for the pre-development and post-development conditions according to the Energy Independence and Security Act (EISA), Section 438, and the United Facilities Criteria (UFC) for Low Impact Development (LID). 35% SUBMITTAL DELIVERABLES QC REVIEW:Performed a quality review of a complete 35% civil design deliverable package that included civil design drawing, design analysis, calculations, and cut sheets. Responsibilities included coordination with design engineers to ensure QC comments were addressed prior to client submittal. DESIGN SUPPORT FOR EAST CAMPUS FORT MEAD, MARYLAND: Provided engineering support for campus infrastructure within Fort Meade, Maryland. Responsibilities included the design of primary construction boundaries, lay down areas, and hatching utilities to be removed and added in CIVIL3D.
