As the station's first full-time sports employee, I led the transition to an all-sports format in what was then the nation's 12th largest market. In the time that followed, I helped create programming and oversee on-air and support staff working on talk shows remote broadcasts, sportscasts, and special events. I also managed the radio network for the Miami HEAT and helped launch Florida Marlins-related programming when the station secured the team's broadcast rights.
