I Started at CHEP as an Asset Recovery Executive going out to Account Holders and non account holders Auditing their Account for CHEP equipment in their possession. In the first 12 months in the Role absolutely smashed all targets given. After an extremely successful first year I was moved into a BRM role looking after 50 Larges accounts and successfully moved into the role Successfully meeting all KPI targets in my first year in the role.
