The London Pilgrim St office of Hill International provides expert and consulting services in construction quantum and delay issues. Additionally the firm provides expert witness support worldwide on technical, quantum and delay. The acquisition of 'Cadogans' in Scotland added further capabilities in structural, mechanical and building services engineering as well as architecture and health and safety. Stuart was responsible primarily for marketing and business development, and the organisation of a series of international educational events organised jointly with the Chartered Institute of Building, and other organisations.
