Hometown America grew from a start-up company to the largest owner/operator of manufactured housing communities in the United States. At its peak, The Company owned 257 properties, containing over 87,000 home sites in 20 states. With a strategic disposition of non core assets, today, Hometown America operates 55 communities with approximately 23,000 sites in ten states in the USA. Hometown Australia (HTA) Originated in 2016. Since this time, HTA has grown to be the largest operator of Residential Land Lease Communities in Australia, with 56 communities that house over 10,000 homeowners.
