  Distribution Manager - Europe Responsible for planning weekly production for all factories, the factories were manufacturing 100,000 units of menswear and womenswear per week,  Set up production lines for new products, purchasing and sourcing materials, managing critical paths (CP) ensuring all necessary production and sealing samples were available according to the CP's. Responsible for the distribution of over 2.8 million hanging garments direct to all UK and European customers each year such as Arcadia, Asda, Next, River Island, Tesco, Zara and H&M  Obtaining bookings with UK and European Multiples, producing customer delivery notes and export documentation. Managing and supervising team of 30 people; delegating tasks and achieving strict deadlines. Planning of all production and distribution to and from subcontract factories throughout Europe including Moldova, Macedonia and UkraineDistribution Manager  Controlling and planning all containers from India and shipments out of Romania.  Obtaining bookings and organising collections and deliveries from processors throughout the UK. Negotiating pricing with shipping lines, manufacturers and processors. Responsible for Quality Control (QC) checks on finished garments landed in UK before despatched to customer.  Purchasing and souring materials for all manufacturing.  Development and implementation of new procedures, using Microsoft Excel. Working to budgets and time scales. Interaction with all levels of the business and external suppliers.
