Civil, criminal and regulatory matters - advice and representation.I was engaged in cross-jurisdictional matters including acting with clients and other lawyers in the USA, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, the Bahamas and Scotland.I appeared before the High Court, County Court and Magistrates Courts, and instructed leading counsel in those courts, the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council.I acted, pro bono, for inmates on death row in the Bahamas in appeals to the Privy Council.I instructed Leading Counsel in a number of commercial fraud prosecutions including the prosecution of the sons of the late Robert Maxwell and prosecutions relating to the collapse of Blackspur Leasing.
