Started in the tolling industry in July of 2013 as a toll technician and quickly moved up into the management position of Operations Manager within 6 months. As Operations Manager I oversee: All installation activities of my own personnel as well as subcontractor activities; staffing, scheduling and training of MOMS monitoring personnel; the integration of installed equipment to go-live status; all warehouse and inventory control; managing the 24/7 maintenance support center for 5 different North American projects from the Irving office; and maintain and managing the cost center budget for Operations and Maintenance. In addition to all field activities, I am also responsible for all KPI reports and the presentation of these reports to the customer on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. During these reports I inform the customer of all down and up time, system health, trending patterns and any upcoming maintenance. I have also been involved with IBBTA. I have presented as a speaker at the last two Maintenance and Operations conferences in Oklahoma City and Road Island. I was also selected and successfully completed the IBBTA leadership academy in 2016. Finally I have supported several project bids for Kapsch as the Maintenance system matter expert. I have also supported the sales department on several trips to display and showcase Kapsch’s newer products and lane options.
