During this project my key deliverables were- updates to installation and build scripts. These scripts ensured all projects delivered standardised WebSphere configurations.- updates to the development standards documentation. This key document ensures that application delivery (and ISV product selection) adheres to best practice.- updates to the WebSphere standards and conventions document. This document formed the basis of all WebSphere deployments, detailing naming conventions, best practice, etc.- security/SSL design and operational documentation. Productionisation of WebSphere 4.0Working as part of a large programme of work I was one of the key WebSphere resources on this project. The project delivered the first fully designed WebSphere platform for RBS. The platform met all of RBS's stringent design criteria and was therefore a secure, scalable and supportable platform. Many business critical applications were deployed on this platform.One of my key deliverables was extensive documentation detailing how WebSphere projects should be implemented. This document detailed all the main aspects of environment delivery. I received many complements on this document from the RBS technical team and it allowed RBS to move technical staff without WebSphere experience into the rapidly expanding WebSphere team. Show less
