      I am currently the Senior Administrator for a large closed DB Scheme of 12,000 members for a Nationwide High Street Retail Outlet. My role is to be the focal point between the Scheme Trustees, In house Pension’s Manager and his team, JLT’s client relationship manager, the Scheme Manager within JLT, the Administration Team, the call centre, the actuaries, investment consultants, auditors and any other provider that has input within the Scheme. My main duties include • Checking my colleagues work and perform the more complicated calculations. • I will respond to complaints either verbally or in writing. • I prepare the quarterly Administration Reports and any ad hoc reports requested by the client or my colleagues. • I oversee the annual pension increase exercise • I help with work flow and work allocation to ensure service level agreements are achieved and work is completed in a timely manner In order to fulfil my role as Senior Administrator I have to be professional, organised, accurate, flexible and calm under pressure.
