  As HSE Manager for Earth Drilling, Stuart is responsible for overseeing the entirety of Earth Drilling’s Health and Safety Management System and directing new initiatives to strengthen the HSE system, standards, and culture of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of the Earth Drilling Safety Management System, all safety programs (TDG, WHMIS, and all training certifications), tracking and trending key performance indicators, all safe work procedures/practices/JSAs, etc. Stuart is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the companies COR and PIR Programs. Stuart also serves as a Health Safety & Environment Representative to ensure Earth Drilling’s Health and Safety Management System exceeds compliance to Occupational Health and Safety and the health, safety, and environmental standards and expectations of our valued clients. *Directing initiatives to promote HSE Culture and Standards, *Site Specific Safe Work Execution Plans Plans, *Asset Integrity, *D.R.O.P.S.*Procedure development, *Pre-job hazard assessments, *Emergency Response Plans, *Completing on-site Inspections, *Coaching and Mentoring of Hazard/Risk Assessment and Control, Behavior Based Safety, Policies/Procedures/Practices, etc.*Incident investigation and corrective action development and implementation.
