Joining a pre-Series A fintech start up, I was responsible for writing the entire property criteria from scratch. I have also revolutionised how the company values properties using AVM's and implementing a risk profile to this to ensure the portfolio is consistent with the risk appetite of the company as a whole. In addition to this, I have onboarded a new solicitor, making the process much more user friendly and digital which will reduce costs and process cases much quicker.
