  I joined Decathlon and managed the IT department Between 2012 - late 2016 increasing the company store number from 14 to over 30. I also opened the first UK warehouse for Decathlon.In this role I ran many projects including RFID, Network and store infrastructure upgrades/planning, CCTV, Store moves, Cashill and POS, Newpos, Print solutions, Stock /Asset management, Contract Negotiation and VOIP.I gained experience managing the 2003/2008 MS servers using virtualization under the 2012 serer platform.
