Responsible for stakeholder relations in a community with high sensitivity to industrial and mining operations and industrial relations within highly unionised sites. Responsible for 130 person workforce at Berrima with contract coal mine operation also employing 40 personnel. Operating cash cost budget circa $100million per year. Member of Cement Business Executive team with overlay responsibility for Energy and Environment across the cement business in addition to Berrima Operations. Achieved reduction in RIFR from 50 to <8 and > 10% reduction in production costs over 3 years. Also led project to secure A$4million state government funding for alternative fuels project. Show less
