I have worked with Stuart Geddes in my position as Executive Chef from early 2012 till mid-2016 at the Quality Hotel Emerald in Gisborne. I got to know Stuart to be an effective manager with great leadership skills. His experience and knowledge helped to create a reliable and successful business. Stuart leads from the front and is an approachable manager and good communicator. His attention to detail is impeccable. His budget and forecast models are flawless and I still rely on the knowledge I have gained of working with him. His customer skills are second to none and extended out of the business.
