Project Lead for all construction and pre-construction activities out side the Greenwich Peninsular (UK Wide) Highlight(s) was leading on pre-construction aspects on the Clapham Park heat network master planning. at the time this was the largest planning application in Europe. Leading on the updating of the CDM 2015 Delivery Policy producing gateway planning and policy documents and updating the Construction Phase Planning documentation. Acting as Operations Support Manager from mid-2016, supporting the closure of the Construction Services Business Unit, reporting to and taking an active part of the BGCS SLT.(Formally Econergy Limited)As a Senior Manager I have delivered district heating projects ranging from£100,000 to £16 million. As a British Gas Senior Project Manager I am consideredsenior people manager I motivate, develop and drive results through externalcontractors, direct reports and third party suppliers.My time with British Gas Heat Networks we delivered district heating in the social housing market. This predominately would be design and installation of new heating systems within tower blocks from concept to completion, inclusive from the planning permissions to the overseeing of the individual heating systems within the dwellings. I over saw and project managed the first biomass heat network installation under CESP for British Gas at Manton and Reynolds in Birmingham in 2010. This has now become the basis of the majority of the heat network obligation works for British Gas and the model has been copied throughout the industry. At my time at Econergy / British Gas we moved from Sub-contractors to Principal Contractors and I progressed to be a manager of a team of project managers within the midlands and Wales. Within my role I progress contracts on programme, report and act as lead with the clients directly ensuring a good relationship by keeping to the company values at all times but always endeavouring to engage and be willing to understand the clients concerns and expectations.
