      For 20 years I have been a Special Agent with NOAA Office for Law Enforcement. I have been assigned to Seattle, WA, Anchorage AK, Silver Spring, MD and Newport, OR. I have reviewed, advised and wrote national and international policy at our HQ office for 12 years. I also reviewed and commented on federal regulations for enforceability issues. I also was the agency representative to INTERPOL and was the vice chair for 5 years of the fisheries crime working group (FCWG). The FCWG is an international INTERPOL body made up of the 190 plus member countries dealing with global enforcement operational issues. I was also the program manager of INTERPOL’s environmental crimes program at the National Central Bureau in Washington DC, which is made up of five federal law enforcement agencies dealing with both national and international issues.
