As a Business Systems Analyst I managed the development, upgrades, support and reporting of the company’s CRM system, Front Office (FO). Developed and enhanced processes on the business requirements including design of the Total Agility work flow, map development, activity design, back office capabilities and SQL Server database triggers, cursors and stored procedures, on a wide range of FO processes including Complaints, Tenancy Review, Transfer Requests and Succession. This included the monthly promotions to the live environment of changes and updates outside the call centre’s hours. Analysed, preplanned and implemented the FO server upgrade project. Included plan development, extensive testing and updates to the data files and databases. Designed and developed numerous reports based on FO process data to inform business sectors on outstanding cases, case loads and call centre performances. Developed and supported the company’s Sharepoint sites for the Intranet, external shared calendars to customers and FO support request portal.
