The RPL project is a follow on from the integration project I was involved with last year when an RTO closed and 280 students had to be mapped and integrated into CIT.The RPL project has involved the creation of mapping documents that lead from the 99 training package through the UEE30807 training package an into the new UEE30811.We have also as a part of the audit process identified gaps for each student and created gap training class lists and we are now starting work on the creation and validation of challenge tests for each unit of competency .
