  I am a Chartered Building Surveyor currently with over 16 years’ experience in both refurbishment and new build works within a property / asset management sector. Since taking up my current post in February 2008, I have been jointly responsible for the delivery of maintenance and improvement programmes for both traditional and non traditional housing stock across the city. Assisting in the delivery of Housing Asset and Regeneration Strategy for Edinburgh Council.Jointly responsible for the delivery of maintenance and improvement programmer, within my area of expertise to housing stock across the capital city (Budget £ 35M p.a).

  Building Surveyor assisting in the delivery of Regional Prime Contract (Scotland) (RPC(Scotland) Preparation of drawings, specifications for refurbishment / demolition contracts works on MOD property. Co-ordination of URS Design Team for Core Services New Works (CSNW) Team, to ensure client brief fully understood and met Preparation of drawings, specifications for new and refurbishment work to client owned facilities. Liason with CDM Co-ordinator where applicable on projects. Contract Administration and financial control of various of contracts within geographical area of responsibility.
