I have had the pleasure of working with Stuart for the good part of 15 years, currently at his position as CEO at Top Parks and as CEO at CCIASA. Stuart is a dedicated CEO with a focus on innovation and a sharp eye for detail. He possesses a strategic mindset and is not afraid to afraid to challenge the status quo but always following up with proactive action to ensure improvements are made. With an intuitive understanding of marketing and leadership, Stuart is an excellent communicator, and able to get his message across to a range of stakeholders from small groups, including board presentations through to a conference settings. He is a hardworking, approachable executive and being a leader by example, has a rare gift of getting everyone on the same page and rowing in the right direction.

I have been lucky enough to work with Stuart for over four years both at Top Parks and Caravan and Camping SA. Stuart has been a dream client; he has strong analytic skills where he can quickly identify gaps in the market. When he provides a brief, he gives his employees and consultants the freedom to come up with innovative, creative ideas. Stuart and I have worked side by side on a plethora of successful social media campaigns, his time and relationship management skills are only matched by his creativity and his drive. Stuart has such passion for the tourism industry that I know he stays up late at night, sending me ideas and working on ways to highlight Australia's beauty. This passion is rarely seen in a CEO, and I have enjoyed every moment working on his social media projects, and hopefully we can work together for many years to come.
