Ridiculously efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Stuart. I've really enjoyed working with someone who seems to have every angle covered and who is very dependable in any situation. Stuart has made some amazing changes to our organisation, in terms of UX he inspired the adoption of design sprints and furthermore closed the gap between the north and south. Stuart's involvement here created a truly collaborative environment between stakeholders and experts from all over the company and gave UX a voice to advocate our customers needs. Stuart was also part of the reason I'm now a Lead UX designer and I'm deeply appreciative of the responsibilities and challenges he has given me. Thank you more so for the support you've given me and my team. On a personal note I have enjoyed working with Stuart and I am saddened to see him leave the company, whoever he goes on to work for will find themselves in the presence of a great leader, people person and all round good guy.
