Luke Rauch
During my time at Morgan Samuels, Struan was both a supervisor and a mentor. His analytically-driven approach to search permeated all of his teams, and drove results-oriented execution often resulting in engagement duration well under industry average. Personally, Struan always pushed me to think beyond the tactical needs of a client, and to consider how it might fit into and impact their broader business strategy.
